Todd Smith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Hotel Group, a vertically integrated hotel development, investment and management company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Todd formed Lexington Hotel Group (formerly known as Lexington Management Corp.) in 1994 in connection with the acquisition and repositioning of a single distressed hotel in Dayton, Ohio. Since then, Todd has led the Lexington Hotel Group team in connection with acquiring, developing, managing, and opening hotels nearly 20 hotels. Todd is closely involved in all phases of acquiring, developing, financing, and managing each of Lexington Hotel Group’s hotels and is responsible for developing and executing on the strategic vision to create and maximize the value of each hotel.
Todd received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Miami University. Todd is active in the local business community through his participation with Aileron and the Goering Center.
Colin Smith is the President of Lexington Hotel Group where he oversees the company’s acquisitions, developments, financings, and capital raising efforts. Prior to joining Lexington Hotel Group, Colin was an attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where his practice focused on private equity, private mergers and acquisitions, and real estate syndications and transactions. Colin received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Southern California School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude in Economics from George Washington University.
